My son has been enrolled in swim lessons with British swim school. In 2019 they charged $100 a month. He received 30 minutes swim lessons once a week for that price. When they reopened after shutting down for Covid they allowed my son to make up classes I already paid for which was good. Then charged me $105 dollars. After that they dented $175 out of my account without notice the price increased. I discussed this and was informed this is the charge. After that they started charging me $200 a month which I didn't notice. After a few months of that they started debiting my bank account $250 a month. I called them complaining about the price increase with no notification. I followed their policy and gave a 30 day notice of my cancellation. My son has 10 make up lessons left that I was assured he would be entitled to receive even after giving cancellation notice. Despite all of that they debited $250 from my account again, even after I gave sufficient notice of their cancellation. They are robbing people!!! A long time, excellent swim coach left the company as well. He informed me he was unhappy with the way the organization does business. He said they are taking advantage of their clients and over charging them. They need to be stopped! Please help!!! Resolution Sought Refund my money, lower their prices to a reasonable amount for a 30 minute swim lesson, and be accountable for taking advantage of people. They should not be allowed to directly withdraw any amount of money they want from people. These are parents who are trusting them to teach their children how to swim, not rob them of their money in the process!!!
