On October 1, 2022, I stopped by Brito Auto Sales. I test drive a Mercedes and initially had an interest in purchasing the vehicle. The needed some repairs done before I took possession of it. I made a down payment of $2070.00 with my Capitol One credit card. After milling over the purchase and the mechanics , I decided to nix the purchase. I called Mr. Moses on Monday 10/3/2022 and asked that my money be returned to my card. He refused and stated that I purchased the car and that it was between me and the bank. I told him that I never took possession of the car and I no longer was interested in the vehicle. He stated that he would bring the car to my residence and drop it off. I took that as a treat... Resolution Sought I want my money back and any legal sanctions imposed on this business.
