I have been staying at this hotel in chula vista for a little over a week now, and this morning i was woken up to the owner/manager walking into my room. Check out time is 11:00 am, but it was only 10:30 am when he unlocked the door and came into my room. Resolution Sought I would like partial reimbursement for this week that I have paid for, or some free nights stays
