Uses deceptive sales practices - adds huge service fee that they don't disclose

I ordered 4 tickets for a Broadway show and only when I received the purchase confirmation by email was a 35 service fee per ticket disclosed. After I used their Live Chat feature online to complain, they said they do not issue refunds and that a service fee was mentioned in the small print of the Terms and Conditions text at the end of the purchase process.

This is gross misrepresentation of the purchase price.
