I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-payment of an amount owed to me and the breach of terms and conditions as outlined in our agreement. The purpose of this letter is to bring attention to the issue at hand and request prompt resolution. In October 2023, I entered into an agreement with BOX company for energy brokerage services. According to the terms agreed upon, I provided all necessary documentation and information required for the successful completion of our transaction. The agreement also clearly stated that payment would be made within at the 8th of every month. However, despite fulfilling my obligations under the agreement promptly, I have yet to receive payment from your company. Numerous attempts have been made by me via emails and phone calls in order to resolve this matter amicably but unfortunately without success. This non-payment not only violates our contractual agreement but also causes financial inconvenience on my part. As a result, I kindly request immediate payment in full as per our agreed-upon terms. trust that you will treat this matter with the utmost urgency and resolve it in a timely manner. I anticipate a response from you within [reasonable time frame, e.g., 10 business days] from the date of receiving this letter. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution and the prompt payment owed. Resolution Sought All I want is to get back my amount which owed by Broker online exchange. As far as they don't want to work with me its ok but release my payment which they owe.
