I bought a vehicle that was extremely flawed when it was delivered to my home. I immediately showed the 2 delivery people the blown right headlight. I also inquired about the disturbing odor in the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the certified BMW dealer and was told that the vehicle shouldn't be driven very far because of the misfiring. Once they began fixing this issue several more were obvious. The vehicle was in the shop for well over a week. I've got receipts and photos. I offered for the dealership to refund our money for the vehicle prior to having it repaired. They declined stating that they would take it in on trade. We've filed complaints with : BBB, FTC, The AG's Office and S.O.S We have complaint file numbers for all if needed Resolution Sought Now, that the vehicle has partially been repaired (today it didn't start. Don't know why yet) all we want is the initial repair cost reimbursed as soon as possible please.

Bought a car from Brookfield and it been down for 4 or 5 months put a new battery new alternator and it still won't start so I stopped making payments it came with a 3-year warranty they haven't looked at it fixed nothing ever since I had the car October 2021. Resolution Sought I just need answers like they sold me a lemon car I don't know what to do I'm missing work I don't know what to do today and got down on their own want to talk to me like they just ignore me since I got the car
