I used The Brooklyn Funeral Home for my sons service July 14, 2023 4-7 PM. I am extremely disappointed, my heart is hurting. They applied makeup that was 10 times darker than my sons skin, the live stream wasn't set up properly, no visual nor volume. There was wet seats due to seats being cleaned at the last minute. There was only 1 person assisting 2 funerals. I lost my 1 and only son and I'm so disappointed about his service, I don't even know if that was my son. He looked NOTHING like my son. I called and expressed my disappointment, hurt and pain. And all he said was sorry and doubting my experience. I'm devastated. Resolution Sought I feel like I should be compensated. I can't sleep, I feel like me and my son has been disrespected in the worst way.
