Emanuel Brooks the owner of Brooks General Contracting came to my house to install a storage,shelving unit. after taking my money in cash he did some of the work and refused to do the rest unless I paid him more. He took a 8 hour project and streched it into 15 hours and 8 days and still never finished. The work that he did do was so bad that the wood was cut uneven and was not secure. I did take him to cour and won the case but he refuses to pay. I have signed a income execution form but i dont have much hope for that either. Since all this has happen I have found lots of other people that he has done this too. Resolution Sought pay back the money owed and would love to see him out of business. People like this have no business being in business.

I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against him. He's attacked and harassed my company me and my wife defamation slander my clients have been engaged with him on internet defending our company. I tried to help this guy a 900 dollar project 600 on material. 300 isn't worth my company.

He is all lies and has multi judgements against him. He is in trouble with the DOL for not paying his employees and he even stats that how much he just spent trying to do the same job that another contractor did for 500.00. He lied in other post saying that I only paid him 200.00 and that I told him to use old materials around my home to build the project that he was doing. I have all the proof to show you that he takes advantages of people by take the money and not finishing the job. I have taken him to court and the judge has ruled in my favor. He refuses to fill out subpoenas and follow any of the court orders. The matter is still on going.

It's like I told him before he knows nothing of what he speaks about my business and trying to stop my business doesn't help him get a dime from me keep up your campaign.
