Signed up for services in December, they came and did my first service-I have to let them in there is no access without tenant - the date of second service was in March, no one showed- the rep claimed he showed up but that no one answered. And still charged me $291.00 from my account. I tried to reschedule but it is difficult because I work 7 days a week. I took time off for the second service and no one showed up. When I asked to speak with the tech they refused to allow me to speak with him. They never reached out regarding my services, I had to call them. Resolution Sought Refund of $291.00 and to cancel my contract.

When we signed up with Brooks pest control we were told that if we were not happy with their service we could cancel at our sign up fee which would be the $99. When we called to cancel i was told it would be over $200-$300 to cancel. Not only did i need to cancel but they skipped a month where they did not come out to spray because of short staff but we were still charged our monthly bill. During that conversation that is when I asked to cancel and was told I would have to pay a larger amount then what I was told they offered to give me a refund for the month they didn't come out but by that tike I was already upset at the fact I couldn't cancel for the 99$ I was quoted at the beginning of services. Resolution Sought I'd like to cancel my services and let others know that when they come out to sell you their services they need to stop lying there have been so many others who have filed complaints on this same matter. I don't think they need to be in service it seems more of a scam.
