The poison they sprayed did not kill the spiders it made the spiders more aggressive! I called to let them know and was gonna cancel because it was like they sprayed water with a little bit of poison and made the spiders go crazy! I was told if I cancel I would have to pay $240 for canceling! I said "nobody told me that" and I told them I signed nothing to pay $240. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the guy told me no I had to talk to him! He was not going to get me a supervisor to talk to above his head! So I called my bank and told them the whole situation and not to let them take anymore money out of our bank account! Resolution Sought Stop trying to rip off customers with fake cancellation fee.

Prior to services being started, we informed Genevieve that there will be an increase in pests right after the first service, and that multiple services will have to be performed in order to solve the issue. When Genevieve called to cancel we explained that she needed to have her next service in order to see results. She insisted on cancelling so we brought up the signed 12 month contract and the recorded phone call that we have from when she signed up. In the phone call we went over the cost of the services, the frequency of the services, and the early termination fee if she decided not to finish the contract. We understand that she is unhappy and we truly want to do everything we can to remedy the situation. We are willing to waive her bill from the last service ($109) and perform another service so that we can get her bug issue under control. Please let us know if she is willing to accept our offer. If she is not, we will have to charge a $241 cancellation fee.

Consumer states; They came to my house wanting to spray again! we told them know that their poison made the spiders more aggressive and the spiders attack me and they still trying to charge another $109 when they didn't even spray the second time ! because we didn't let them! they keep bugging me with emails saying they want my new bank account number and now they're saying I owe them $240 for a verbal agreement that I never signed and never heard ! Saying if I cancel I'm gonna pay $240 for canceling!
