When they knock my door they only offered me three fumigations services not a contract. I never signed any contract, now they want to charge me $369.00 for breaking a contract. Resolution Sought Release from contract without penalty.

This account has already been cancelled. Though the signed contract clearly states the terms of service, and early contract cancellation fee, that was waived and the account cancelled.

I just want to be clear. I have not recieced any type of responsed from that Company. This Company keeps saying the contract this the contract that. I never received any copy of the contract.That means I have no idea what this contract says. .Did they showed BCA a copy of this contract? If my account was canceled , I need a letter from this Company stating that my account was Canceled plus my name Will be remove from colección . The fee to canceled the contract I don't have to pay it, correct? All I want is a letter stating that my name is removed from colleccion and that I don't have to pay the fee for cancelling the contract.
