My Uncle passed April 18 2022. We purchased the casket and name placard from Brookside Caskets who as of today STILL has not placed the name placard back with my Uncles name. 2 years this is disrespectful!!!! Resolution Sought I want a FULL refund AND still the name placed. Compensation for the disrespect!

We purchased a headstone for my uncle who passed April 18,2022. I moved out of CA April 24,2023 and the headstone was not placed yet. I went in before I left CA to complain and Tom said he was having health issues. Understandable but this is now to the point of DISRESPECT for the Deceased!! Resolution Sought I would like the headstone for Zoilo McCrocklin to be placed at Cypress Forest Lawn, Everlasting Faith, AS PURCHASED!!!
