I have a bit to say about Brook Stone. They came out in a quick hurry but then … that's when it all started. Several phone calls from me to them. Not them to me. Just to ask simple questions about tree removal and fence issues. After a storm comes through, tress on your house and yard. They are mighty quick … but wait. More phone calls. More text. More phone calls. From me to them not them to me. Then after almost a month they put the tarp correctly on my roof. With me calling several times. My neighbor calls me while I'm in Virginia. Only to tell me they got the stump but decided to rip apart my fence instead of just pulling it back. I have a dog , told them that several times. So while we're out of town. While all this is going on and working too at that. Not one phone call was made to let me know anything. Got ignored so many times and the one thing I got asked a lot. Do you know what that was ? Sign the contract. Sign the contract. Sign the contract. They wanted all the insurance check up front , which wasn't a small amount of money. First it was half. Then it was all. Then I said I would give it to them and they could cash it when complete. Still it was a no go. So after a month of dealing with them. I decided not to go any further with any repair. The way they treated my family. The way they treated us , no way no way. After all that I got a bill for 10,000 dollars it says Tress and tarp. Well I'll go ahead and say they're very wrong and they didn't do any of the work. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for my fence that they destroyed all the phone calls that I made taking up my time calling them just to get the job done a hole in my roof calls my AC to work overtime for three weeks after Memorial Day. Let it be known they don't care. All they want is money. Coming from a family of contractors roofers electricians HVAC tech. I know what it cost to replace a roof just with four deck boards and all new shingles. Also know what it cost to replace my fence. My Alfa has paid them.
