12/11/2023 I purchase a vehicle from "Brothers Auto" who I've done business with before I trusted that it would be safe to do so again. I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $6,000. I used my 2005 Nissan Sentra for trade in value and completed a deal with the vehicle I thought I would've been able to drive. I was given notification that an exhaust leak exists and would be repaired so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Everything else was as is and I was aware that I would eventually have to make some upgrades to keep the vehicle in good standing. After driving off the lot I noticed poor acceleration and a battery issue. I drove back and was told maybe it just needs to be driven considering it's been sitting. I had to ask strangers for a jump 3 times before having to call for a tow back to the dealer. After taking it back I was told on numerous occasions that it's being worked on and this went on for almost two weeks which caused me to depend on ride share services to and from work. Being highly disappointed in the lack of communication and productivity I left an honest review on the website which caused further poor treatment from this dealer. With them being upset about the review they told me to come pick up the vehicle and told me they put a new battery in and that they would let me know when the shop would be ready to fulfill the initial exhaust repair. After doing so I got an oil change and found out they just wrapped the holes and there's a hole in my transmission. Resolution Sought I want the repairs that I had to endure paid for.
