Called them out to check on heat at rental property located at 202 old walnut trl. It was only blowing cold air. They went out and said it was fixed. When renters go home she stated that it was running but they could not get it to shut off. I had them turn the breaker off to it. And called broughtons back and messaged them several times with no reaponse. So i called another company out to look at it. Upon arriving at property they called me and said that they would not work on it, as the last person who did left relays just laying in bottom of unit with bare wires shorting out on the bottom of the unit and that if i did t have them turn the breaker off it would very likely have started a fire. So much was shorted out, they had to replace unit at a cost of 2800.00. I have pictures taken from dawes right hvac from hlw they found the unit. Along with reciepts and a written invoice stating the condition it was left in. Resolution Sought I am not paying them the 246.00 for a job that was not finished and that because of there failure to finish it cost me 2600.00. I think they are responsible for the 2600.00
