Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Customer Complaint

Purchased multiple items from their online website on 11/29, purposely paid extra for priority 3-day mail shipping so I could receive this before 12/05. They supposedly shipped out 11/30 but what I did not realize was that only a LABEL was created on 11/30. They did not actually ship out my items. I've tried multiple times to get a hold of someone by email (3-4x) phone calls (calling their facebook account number listed). Their website says 24hr chat service...however that is a lie as they are NEVER online. Today is the 12/07 and when I look at the tracking number on my items, it still has not moved, and to this day I have not heard anything from this company and no one has called me/responded to any of my messages. They took my money right away and now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back for items I will never receive...nor do I want any longer. Resolution Sought Refund me my money and stop advertising to people to buy your products as your company is a scam.
