Poor customer service
Customer more than 8 yrs. This year got no renewal notice. Called Sarasota Office & Miami (Corp) to ask. After 4 calls told that contract not to be renewed. Could not find reason. Miami (Corp Hqs) kept referring me to Regional manager in Ft. Myers. (knowing he out of town). He finally called this week and told me contract not renewed because I couldn't be pleased. Not one at Sarasota or Miama would tell me that. What pleased me is to have my applicances fixed in 2 or 3 trips (since tech has 5 hr window to show up). This past year we had no dishwasher or ice maker for about a month each. Both took 4/5 visits while techs broke ordered parts or improperly installed arts. Last year there more than dozen calls on AC which was leaking water. Tired nearly every possibility to finally discover A-frame water pan leaking. We had contract because we in our late eighties & trying best to keep our house in good order. Yet, Broward personnel local & Corp think we must be deliriously please when they do a good job withing a reasonable. Then to drop our contract without advance notice was the ultimate int poor customer service. I have no desire for any monetary gain nor do I want Broward to give me another year's contract. Me (at 88) & my wife at 86 simply wanted the assurance that we had a reliable company to help us if an appliance wasn't working. We relied on Broward & felt they at east owed us an advance warning that our contract wasn't going to be renewed
