The problem is fraudulent activity involving my refund and direct deposit. Originally I gave this tax preparer, "Candice Brown" , my direct deposit information, to later find out that my refund was deposited into an unknown account that I was not aware of. When I tried to rectify and contact the tax preparer; she was unavailable an would not return my call; so now I'm reaching out for help. Resolution Sought I want my refund! And I want to report the tax preparer for fraud.
