Brown Auto Sales complaints

I recently bought a car there, the owner told my daughter and I that it was a great and safe vehicle. He said nothing was wrong with it, I barely made it home and I called him and told him. So, I took it straight to my mechanic Sitzes Auto Body to Ernie who had been doing this for years and is a good honest man. He wouldn't even pass the inspection even though Brown Auto Sales did. He put dry rot tires on the car, the breaks locked up, taillight was out, transmission was slipping, radio did not work, all lights on the dash came on, the list goes on. Ernie cannot believe he put my daughter and I in that car. I just got enough nerve to buy a vehicle and drive since my accident 2 years ago that I almost died in. I hydroplaned hitting a semi and another car. I broke every bone from my neck down, I could not breath on my own, my head was gashed opened causing a severe concussion and loss of memory. I was taken to Barnes Hospital and they called my family in and said hurry up she's not gonna make it, but i beat the odds and I not only suffer from physical damage, but I have a lot of mental issues too. I have PTSD from the wreck and have to see a psychiatrist regularly. I'm scared to even get in a car and Brown Auto Sales knew all of this and what happened to me and how scared I was. He lied to me and my daughter and promised it was a good reliable car. I now have been towed twice in a week the owner will not fix my car or help me. He was very mean to me . Resolution Sought I want my money back $4900 he's a very dishonest man. The State Highway Patrol is also involved because he passed inspection on this car. Please help me get my money back the car is just sitting in my driveway won't drive. I've been waiting a long time to get passed my accident and when I did Tommy Brown sold me an unsafe car to make an extra buck when he knew my situation. I have so much proof of what he's said and done, my daughter was with me who will tell you the same thing. Please help me
