Warning, don't buy Brown Jordan Patio Furniture

Brown Jordan purchase was a major mistake.... nice expensive furniture until it starts falling apart. My chase started to fall apart, tried calling Brown Jordan numerous times only to receive a voice mail to leave my name & number, never receiving a callback...Sent many emails to 'bjcservice@brownjordan.com', never receiving a reply.. Warning, don't buy this expensive junk..

Brown Jordan's warranty is just a big lie!

I am on the second different style of patio furniture from because of quality issue. Brown Jordan lies when they tell their customers that they give you 10 years warranty on their products. My first set of furniture, the paint kept peeling off within a year of the purchase, so i decided to get a different set made of wicker style and within couple of years it was broken. When I contacted Brown Jordan I was told that the warranty was only for the frame of the furniture. I was told at the time of the purchase that the warranty was for 10 year for anything wrong with the furniture. I did not buy a furniture to only have a frame, I wanted a furniture that I could use with hight quality since I paid a very high price for this furniture. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Brown Jordan and I will make sure that ever person I speak with do not buy any furniture from Brown Jordan either!
