On Feb 26, 2024, I dropped my 06 GMC Envoy off at Browns automotive to have it checked for some issues. During the replace of the water pump some how my radiator got damaged by the mechanic. I was told I needed to pay for a new radiator.Feb 27,2024, I had to leave the shop with my car on a tow truck because the owner of the repair shop told me he was not gonna replace the damaged radiator I would need to pay for the replacement at cost to him and he would not charge me the labor to replace the radiator as a Favor to me! I couldn't pay what he was asking the repair shop didn't want compromise. So I had leave with my car on a tow truck. I feel I was overcharged for the work. 465. 00 at 115 per hr for work that wasn't authorized until 3pm I dropped my car off at 1230 pm the guys were at lunch. The experience is I was scammed and overcharged and my vehicle still needs radiator repaired. Address: 60 Ashburton Dr, Montgomery, AL 36117 (334) 604-2040. Resolution Sought I would have liked brown's automotive to replace the radiator their mechanic damaged at no cost to me. That seemed fair to me.
