I bought an Altima at this dealership. A couple months later, I started having issues. The car on most occasions couldn't move fast enough no matter how much I press the speed. I reported it to them immediately, unfortunately nothing was done, only regular oil change. I was ignored like I didn't know what I was saying. The mechanics told me and Michelle the manager said there was nothing wrong. Two weeks ago, the car stopped with me in the middle of US 27/ Uhaul storage place. I was furious and disappointed. I need help, please have them fix the car or return my deposit to get a better car. I feel like they took advantage of me as a woman who needed a car but knew the transmission was about to th soon and sold it to me anyway. I'm asking for help. Resolution Sought Give me a refund of my deposit and some of my car payments for dealing a car that it's transmission was nearly gone. But sold me the car anyway.
