I bought a 2005 buick lesabre car from browns sales and leasing 2 months ago. Since then they have replaced the transmission twice using used transmission both times. Since then the car doesn't run right, check engine lights come on and it jurks while driving it. Resolution Sought Replace the car or refund my total cost.

Company states; The 2005 Buick Lesabre was purchased As-Is and the documents attached show where Mr. Plagman signed Five times to acknowledge this. He was also offered an extended warranty, which he declined. (also attached) Browns believes in Customer Satisfaction. In that effort, we installed a used transmission in Mr. Plagman's car when it failed after purchase even though it was sold As-Is. There was an issue with the first transmission installed and we replaced it again. We also gave Mr. Plagman a 50% discount to repair the issues he was talking about after the transmission was replaced. For the record, these repairs were not related to the transmission repair. As you can see, we have helped out Mr. Plagman in an effort to have Customer Satisfaction even when the vehicle was sold As-Is and we would not be required to offer any further assistance after the purchase.
