This man n his son are frauds

Do not use this business. They are frauds! They claimed to prepare my business n personal tax returns which I paid for on 3/17/14 n three months later find out they never filed my taxes and then tried to charge me twice and then when I showed proof of payment, ( which they did not release my tax documents to be until they forces me to sign another higher invoice and a document they prepared).They are crooks and I've files a compliant against the board, bbb, city of commerce and everywhere I can for this truly has hurt my family and my business! Tom isn't even a CPA ! But he will talk to u n claim he is! Bruce is a fraud or suffers from severe memory loss as he claimed n stated he had filed my taxes electronically! So I paid over $1300 for my taxes n they never even filed them!
