They charged me $120 dollars to mount and balance four new tires .and did not balance them causing a bad wobble. when driving my 2017 Ford Explore. So, I informed them and all they said was sorry. So, I had to take my truck to discount tire to have my tires rebalance, which cost me $60 more dollars. Resolution Sought Refund the 60 extra dollars it cost me.

Mr. Keating informed me of his "wobble" after he had another place rebalance his tires. I was never informed of any issue before this. I couldn't verify the complaint or check the balance of the tires as he never brought the vehicle back to us. He also supplied the tires that were installed; we didn't sell him the tires. I would gladly recheck the balance and tires but was not aware of any problems before he had someone else balance them.
