I recently bought a car from Toyota of Hendersonville, when I spoke to the salesman I PLAINLY said if you want to trade my 2024 Honda accord ,and $10,000,Tax,tags,and title he KNEW EXACTLY WJAT I MEANT!!! He started talking this mumbojumbo stuff that made me think this is "just" a financial thing that they would be sending me a check to get my tags!!!! This is NOT my 1st experience buying a car and I'm sure not the last but this is COMPLETLEY unfair to me !!! The whole reason in asking for my car and 10,000 is because first of all it was Christmas time, and I KNEW I could find another car just like it, HAD I KNOWN I WAS GONNA BE PAYING TAXES AGAIN AFTER PAYING TAXES ON THE 2024 Honda accord THE DEAL WOULDVE NEVER BEEN MADE!!!!!! I had only had the accord a couple weeks at this point!!!!! I really thought the world of these people and was actually bragging on them BOY DID THEY FOOL ME When I called Danny back to ask about the taxes he was so rude and obnoxious to me COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT PERSON THEN WHEN HE WAS TEYING TO SELL THE CAR!!!!! Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be that these people stick to their word and give me back MY$800.00 for taxes that you made me think was added in the price!!!!! 1024 Honda accord and $10,000 OTD sound like to me exactly what it means!!!!! OUT THE DOOR!!!!!
