I rented a room for two nights and woke up at 1 am covered in roaches. It was so bad I had to leave my stuff behind in the room they had my body covered, my suitcase covered, and I immediately jumped up and had to go sleep in my car. I had to be at work at 6 am that morning , and I couldn't get the owners to answer their door so I went on to work. When I called from work to tell them my experience, and I had videos and pictures they said they couldn't give my money back because I had stayed in the room already. For one this is unacceptable and I have proof. Two I lost all my belongings because I couldn't afford to carry Roaches into my car or back to my house when I went back home on the weekend. And third I had to finish the night out sleeping in my car. I'm sure they know they have bugs, and they should take care of the problem. Resolution Sought I would like to have my money refunded to me
