Customer Complaint

I've tried talk to BSI and the person who works with my loan since May 2022. I knew I'd miss one month of my loan and I was hoping to get it on the back of my loan and not have it affect my credit. I was getting paid for one month or so for a variety of reasonings. No matter what I tried I could not talk to the person in charge of my loan. I even contacted the office of the president. Finally I was told in order to get help I had to default on my loan and be late and miss my August payment. I filled out the form and tried contacting again with no luck. They told me they would not talk to me till I was 60 days late. I wanted guidance on partial payments and what would happen. I have since paid payments, but if I make a monthly payment it will cycle me back to only being 30 days past due according to customer service and they will again not let me talk to the person that is in charge of my loan. I again reached out to the office of the president with no response. I have made a good faith effort to talk to them as they say when you know you will have trouble contact them. However, they will not let you talk to the people who can guide or help you. I don't want this to hurt my credit, yet they won't help. My payments sit unapplied and again no response to emails or real answers in phone calls expect to leave phone messages to someone who won't call me back. It's to the point now my great credit score is falling I've made over 2,000 in payments and still no calls from them. Resolution Sought Talk to me. Take the dings off my credit. Take a few months to the back of my loan. Bring me current on my payments. Same thing I've wanted since May at the first phone call.

Customer Rebuttal

Consumer states; I'd like to file a rebuttal. I haven't even talked to the company since filing the complaint. Plus, the first information they stated was inaccurate and a downright lie. At the start of all this is was so simply looking for guidance. Knowing I'd miss one maybe two months of my mortgage because of a change he in jobs as an educator and summer and wanted to at least talk to the person in charge of my loan. That's all. To see if they could help as they put all over their website. Call at the first time of trouble. So I did, May. It ended up in a horrid spot because of that.
