3 month until today I can't gt my money back

I ask for my money back 349 they tell me full papers refund I did until today no money they keep bounce me from person to person start from Amanda to alezabith. To jerssen. To gylana to Erin misin. Sems I already speak to all of them but Sergio that owner he is that. Biggest liying keeping giving me fake promises. And sometimes he tell me he already send that money so I think that company is fake and this is how they gt pople I will saw that company
