I purchased an imaging unit for a Toshiba printer for $53.99 on 12/02/2022. I never received the product. I have called multiple times inquiring about the status of my order & requesting a refund. I also left a voice message. My calls have never been answered nor returned. I also sent numerous emails inquiring about the status of my order & requesting a refund. My emails have never been answered nor returned. I therefore cannot help but conclude that this business has no intention of ever delivering the product, despite the fact that I've paid them, and that they operate their business fraudulently & illegitimately. Resolution Sought Send Refund.

Company states: We've tried to reach you via both email and telephone multiple times to resolve this and have never received a response! The customer was issued a full refund and informed us that they would be contacting you to rescind the complaint (screenshot issued to BCA for their records).

The president of the company, Bruce Banko, reached out to me & the resolved the matter. I was given a full refund. I would therefore like to rescind the complaint now that it has been resolved.
