I had to contact them again to let them know they did not send the complete refund amount they only sent 26.93... the full refund was supposed to be,75.28. They told me to contact my bank so I did and the ban confirmed that they only sent 26.93 nothing else. Previous complaint filed complaint #20272896 Resolution Sought I would like my complete refund and for them to stop jerking me around.

Hi, Customer filed for a chargeback for the remaining of her refund which is why she needs to call her bank to dispute the charge.

Hello I disputed the charges after your company told me it was not your problem if I never received the order once it is out of your hands oh well... that is not how to do business.. after several attempts of dealing with your company trying to get my order reshipped or a refund it is impossible.. the bank says you have not sent anything but 26.93 and that was also included in the dispute with my bank.. if you know there is a chargeback then why not send the money? SO you are still refusing to refund the money regardless of who is asking for it to be returned? hmm if I know there is a chargeback why has it not been taken care of yet??? refund the money period... so are you trying to hold out to see if the bank will drop the chargeback? this has been going on for over 4 months I think enough games have been played by your company, don't you?
