Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I recently bought five Christmas onesies from Buc-eye's in Johnstown Colorado. I up sized all of them so they would be plenty big for everyone. When we got home and tried them on the extra large fit like a tight skin suit on my husband. He is 6 foot one and 175 pounds and typically wears a large. it was tight all over but especially short in the crotch area. None of the onesies fit anyone in my family despite the fact that we are all quite thin and small people. I went to take the onesies back to Buc-eye's and was told by the manager I could only return two items per receipt. This is not mentioned anywhere on the receipt. He told me the policy was written up on the wall somewhere. I requested that I could exchange them. All these items are new with tags on them still in the bag that I bought them in. He again told me I could only exchange two items per receipt and was quite rude. I've tried contacting Buc-ee's corporate multiple times, and have not received a response. Their phone number for corporate tells you to go online , all I would like to do is return these items and get my money back. Like I mentioned, they have never been worn still the tags on in are in the same shape that I bought them in. Resolution Sought I would just like to get my money back and return the items.
