Read the reviews, my water bill has nearly tripled with no explanation. This place needs shut down. They take meter readings, and manipulate and add their own charges on basic human services. Resolution Sought Shut this place down. They are crooks.

Company states: Please note Buckeye Utility Services is a billing company/reading meters/billing residents for that use showing each month, we are also 30 days behind in reading meters/billing residents. On 7/25/24 Buckeye emailed a work order to the site crystal lakes due to high use when billing. North 8/19/24 Buckeye emailed work order again/due to no response 8/22/24 Buckeye emailed Work order again/due to no response The work order was returned on 8/22/24 providing a read on meter of 97697/stated a hole was found in the hot water tank on 7/26/24 and is scheduled to be changed out on 8/23/24. This would explain the high use from 5/16/24-6/20/24. Please note, we are 30 days behind in reading meters and billing customers the use each month. The last [hone call show from the resident is on 9/2/2022/there are no other call or email showing from the resident. As od 8/23/24 when the hot water tank was installed, we are reviewing he account/to bull the resident according to their usage/ and bit the high use/due to the hot water tank leaking. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance for this request.
