I am complaining about this Renewal Center is for to do employee physicals the doctor doesn't have a license nobody have ID badges on they giving false statements about your medical they not performing the correct procedures when it come to your physical the reception Tom that works the front desk tells the doctor what to do they are discussing HIPAA patient records with employees and employers I was told that I Marvin Sanders cannot go back to work and perform my duties by the reception Tom. The doctor at Buckley's she say her name is Dr. Bay I don't know if that's true or not I don't see her credentials nor a name tag for anyone that works in the office she is giving false statement to my job about my care and also telling me that I fail a hearing test which was never performed at the Buckley's Renewal Center office the office do not have a regulation ID number on the wall so I really don't know who's running this facility I would like someone to help me because I am been tired of taking off of work because of the false statements that they are using. Resolution Sought To give the right procedures far as my medical health present the ID who's running a facility all the workers should have on name plates and name badges and the doctor needs to show her identification if she is a real doctor and do not discuss my medical history to my place of business without my consent.

Company called stating all the allegations mentioned in this complaint are not true. Customer need to provide proof of what he is saying because he cannot go around making accusations without proof. Due to HIPPA company cannot provide any more details.
