I am a client that relies on this company to get me to my medical appointment everyday. I am on a medication that I have to take daily at the medical facility. I scheduled my rides in advance weekly. I had a ride setup for today I called the office of bct to see what time they will arrive the lady told me 10:18am they will arrive. The driver never came but according to them the driver did come so I asked to be given another ride I was told no I then said but you told me what time they were coming and the didn't so I can't get to my medication appointment which I need to take everyday I can't miss a day. I was then hung up on 3 different times so on the 4th call I asked for a manager and I was told there is no manager and they were not gonna get me another ride and if I called again they were gonna call my doctor and tell them I'm abusive and was hung up on again. So I missed my daily medication appointment. They do this all the time it is their job to get people rides that's the only reason they are in business so how can you tell someone u don't have any drivers to come take you to your medical appointment and they do this multiple times this isn't the 1st or 4th time it's more ant they do this to a lot of the clients. They don't care if we don't get to our medication appointments or have a ride. We are treated horribly by customer service or so called customer service Resolution Sought I would like a call from management regarding this important issue. They need to be fined or penalized because there is no repercussions for them doin this to us clients and they get away with it all the time it's not right. I had to miss my medication today and the only one who suffers is me not them so they don't care n I have to deal with missing my medicine because they couldn't get a driver to pick me up that's not right at all on so many levels

The client gets a reminder sent to his mobile number on file the night before, as well as when we are on our way. Our driver pulled up to the location between the scheduled window that was given to the client. (The client and his girlfriend also travel together, so they both receive the same notification) When the client didnt come out for his ride, our dispatcher called him, and his girlfriend to notify them that the ride was there. Neither client answered so our dispatcher left a voicemail. Our driver waited 5 minutes before leaving. When Mr. Fiocca realized the bus had left, he did call our reservations department and spoke with our customer service representative demanding we bring the bus back and pick him and his girlfriend up. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so. We are a shared ride service, and we have other clients that need to get to appointments as well. Mr. Fiocca became extremely aggressive and irate with the CSR and was cursing at her. He did speak directly with the reservations manager, Ellen, who also tried to explain to him that he received reminders prior to his trip, as well as had a call from our dispatcher. Again, Mr. Fiocca began cursing and becoming extremely aggressive with the manager. Every time someone tried to speak with Mr. Fiocca to explain the situation, he became extremely verbally abusive to the staff. Mr. Fiocca also left a Google review for us as well that we responded to: Lou F 3 weeks agoNEW The so called bon existent manager n non existent customer service is ridiculous I call every morning for the driver arrival time n I'm told a time n it's never that time. I was told by the manager while I'm attending to my sick daughter I needed to be looking out the window for 30 mins until they arrive. Then was hung up on 3 different times while I asked to get another ride. That was the last day I am using this terrible ran business again n for the manager Ellen u are a liar and disgraceful human u will answer to ur maker Response from the owner3 weeks ago Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand your frustration, and we hope your daughter is feeling better. Mr. Fiocca and his girlfriend have continued to use our services since the complaint. We do our best to accommodate all of our clients. Our CSR team explains in detail the arrival time with the client while scheduling their trip. Clients also have the availability to have an automated system call to inform them, the night before their scheduled trip, as well as when we are on our way of the arrival time. Our dispatchers call the client to notify them when the driver has arrived. The driver is required to wait 5 minutes, before contacting our dispatch notifying them that the client hasn't responded. BCT took every possible step to notify the client and his girlfriend that their ride was there and waiting. We apologize that we were unable to accommodate the request to have the driver go back, but we are a shared ride system, and we also have to accommodate other clients as well.

No I do not get a notice in the morning of the trip I get a nightly time notice which is never correct. I don't go-to the same place as my girlfriend anymore and that has nothing to do with the complaint. I started getting upset because I was first hung up on by the so called customer service person first then I got upset that's when I used language because I was first hung up on. I would like to get a notice when the driver is on the way in the morning but that is a lie I have never once received a notice because I call the office every morning to ask what time the driver is scheduled to be at my house for my pick up so I wouldn't have to make that call if I got that notice. The point of this is I missed a ride 2 times out 6 months of services u would think they could get the driver to turn back less than 5 mins after they left or they jus tell u oh well tough n they hang up on u n that's why I got so angry because then only person who suffers is me I need to take medication daily and I have to go to the medical facility to get the medicine so they could try to get another ride for that day but she wouldnt even try she just told me oh well n hung up on me

We apologize that you were unhappy with our service the day of your scheduled trip. You were given a window of when the vehicle was going to arrive. Our dispatchers made every attempt to contact you and left a message notifying you that your ride was waiting for you outside of your residence. It is unfortunate that you were not able to get a ride using our services that day. We are a shared ride service and our drivers can only wait 5 minutes, which they did, before leaving. We can not turn the bus around because there are other clients that rely on our services as well that need to get to their appointments. Again, we apologize that you were unable to get to your appointment.
