On 10/27/2019, I bought a 2016 Chrysler 300c from Bud Clary Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, later that day the electrical went completely out leaving my kids and me without heat radio ect for over 3 months this was not fair to us. I thought there was a lemon law that prevents this from happening to use. please help. Resolution Sought Receive payment I paid out of pocket.

In response to Mr. Griffin's concern regarding his vehicle, we have provided the repair order for an emergency brake adjustment from 11/22/2019. Unfortunately, we have not ever heard from our client in the last two years. We took the liberty to investigate the extended service agreement Mr. Griffin had purchased for the vehicle, and it appears he had purchased one at the time of sale, however it was cancelled at customer's request on 12/18/2019. We were unfortunately, never notified of any concerns and it appears Mr. Griffin must have taken his vehicle to a different repair facility.
