We called Budd's and they came timely but that is where service ended. The worker said he went 150ft which should have reached the clog. My husband took the toilet off himself because that was another 300. They charged us 550.00 to do nothing and still have back up. We call MUA and they found the clog for us, when we called Budd's to have them come back out they wanted to fully charge us again. I am will to pay 200 for them coming out the original time but the rest NO. When we called the owner he wanted to hear nothing, states they had to come out again so full charge again. So we still have clog and out 550.00. Resolution Sought Just come out and clean the clog with a worker that knows what he is doing.
