Last year I purchased a rent to own agreement with buddy's. I have faithfully been paying each week automatic withdrawal out of my bank account every Thursday when I get paid, I opted in to their payment protection plan just incase I would get sick,lose my job, or be deceased. I paid extra on my account for it. Now I lost my job I have a lawsuit pending wrongful term. Their Corp. Office told buddy's I was denied that protection plan because why I was fired which really their is no business of theirs cause I pay for it. Well they wanted payment or the furniture I told them I had only enough for my house payment and they still tried to take the money out now iam possible overdraft in my bank on top of everything else. I think they should up hold their agreement I shouldn't have to be approved for something I opted in for and paid for I twice over paid for the Ashley brand furniture. This Monday they are coming to get my furniture. IAm 62 yrs old never been treated so bad by a rto company. I hope yall can help me. Sincerely Sandra Tucker. Resolution Sought To keep my furniture and they get paid with their protection plan until I get another job or my case is settled in court.
