On May 4, 2021, I ordered a dumpster. The dumpster that I ordered came with the front of it filled with large cement pieces, they weren't mine. I filled nothing in the container but rotted wood from an old shed, some small pieces of brick, that was from the outer lining of my shed. There is no way that I exceeded my expected weight from that shed. They're trying to charge me for something that their driver put into my container and I shouldn't be charged an extra 111.00 dollars for this. They need to get with the delivery driver and make the previous people that had this dumpster pay for this, not me. It's not my stuff. I have no problem paying for what I did, which mines was previously paid for. I have witnesses that were at my home when the dumpster was delivered. Resolution Sought They shouldn't have billed me for the 110.00. Bill should be sent to whoever's previously had the container. It wasn't delivered empty to me like it should've been. Their trying to make me pay for someone else trash.

The customer ordered a 10-yard dumpster with the lowest possible weight limit of 1 ton. This weight limit was communicated before ordering and multiple times via email. Our website offers a variety of resources to help avoid additional fees, but we are very sorry the weight limit was exceeded. Please consider, although this charge is valid and we have supporting documentation, the payment was never processed. Based on the information regarding materials in the container upon delivery, we are very willing to reduce this charge in an effort to settle the balance due. If the customer is interested in discussing this transaction in great detail, please email corporate@budgetdumpster.com. However, we cannot reach the desired settlement of refunding the charge as it was never processed.

No I'm not satisfied, they're still trying to bill me. Either the driver that delivered the dumpster was paid on the side and wasnt honest or someone working for the company is dirty. Either way I shouldn't be billed for someone putting extra slabs of concrete in the dumpster. The concrete had to be put in by a truck or a lift of some kind. I tried reaching out to those people, they're not listening.

We apologize that the customer and possibly the BCA remain dissatisfied with our response. Unfortunately, there was no mention of any debris inside the container upon arrival. Only after the overage charge for exceeding the weight limit did the customer bring this to our attention. As mentioned in the initial response, the customer was not been charged, just invoiced for exceeding the weight limit. Please provide the customer this email (corporate@budgetdumpster.com), as we are willing to work to find a mutually agreed-upon resolution via direct communication. However, the charge in question is valid and will remain in some capacity.
