Budget Exteriors complaints

I made a deposit of $2600 (check) to hold a cash price of $5200. I called the GM Adam and told him I was cancelling. He said he would send out a check for $1300. He said there is a 25 cancellation fee. He told me I had two days to cancel from being notified. I said this is the first time I am being notified of anything. He further explained that the salesman circles the 25 cancelation fee on the contract? We agreed that we would use the $1,300 to insulate the shed. The following day I lost all trust for Adam and Budget Exterior. Adam was not clear and confusing the next day, he was trying to justify the $.54 per square foot quote. He stated they do not do small $1300 projects. They could not insulate the shed for $1,300. He kept trying to upsell. I told him I was quoted $.54 cents per square ft. The $5200 does not add up and there are no measurements. Is it $.54 per square ft? I told Adam, I do not trust this company, him, or the sales practice used. 1. They use no business cards 2. Centerpoint Rebates were never discussed 3. The $.54 cent quote and the $5200 bid with no measurements (see attached) 4. Confusing upselling. I was upfront with the salesmen and Adam, that I was not familiar with pricing and I was getting 2 more bids. 5. Salesman held me in a conversation and proceeded to just have me sign attached papers based on what we discussed. He did NOT cover anything regarded in this complaint. Resolution Sought Send me a check for $2600 (this includes the $1300 they are calling a cancellation fee)
