On June 9,2022 I called Budget Locksmith to assist me with a new fob for my 2004 VW Passat. This business received great reviews on Google so I called them. So they sent Eli Levi. The car started. I Paid him $250.00 through Cash App. On June 11th, I go to my car, on the dashboard it stated immobilizer initiated. Meaning the car did not re made. cognize the key that Mr. Levi made. I'd called Budget Locksmith for three hours about this problem and all the operator kept saying is she is sending a text to the Locksmith and to stay buy my phone. No one called or texted me. I'm very upset and angry with this business and hope nobody else gets ripped off by them again. Resolution Sought Fix my car or give the money back. They said they guaranteed their work. They were quick to take the money.

I made the key for her. She called back. We go there back after 2 days Probably she found the other key. That why she trying to get money back
