We arrived day 1. The next morning we reported the refrigerator was leaking. It was replaced. The next the second one leaked. I called and the Mgr said " no. All you do is complain, complain. I told her to shut up because she had my money.. another one was replaced. They moved all residents. The first one had an armchair. The second one didn't. We asked for the chair and were told that all chairs had been discharged. Next. I was without my key and the Mgr refused to let me in. I stoid in the cold for 2 hours. I am a senior. This is abuse. She refused to give us toilet paper.. yesterday she changed the key and we had to go back to the office. I want all of my money back. I have not been able to find out who owns the place. Resolution Sought I a full refund.
