My family and I stayed at Buena Park Grand Hotel and Suites on 11-02-2022-11-07-2022. The website describes a clean and desirable atmosphere with premium channels, 24 hour front desk services, maid service, cleanliness etc. Prior to our trip I tried to contact the hotel with questions and was unable to reach anyone until the day before our trip as no one would answer the phone. When reached I asked about the deposit and was told that I needed a major credit card for the $300.00 deposit although the website said it could be a debit or cash for the deposit. I also asked when they charge our stay and was told at the end. When we arrived they said that they needed to charge half the stay . My daughter had to put it on her debit as I was getting paid my disability later that evening. I told them do not charge her card I'm paying for the remainder of our stay. They ended up charging her card anyhow. The rooms were dirty and unsanitary and I have pictures as proof. The pull out bed had no bedding and we received no maid service our entire stay even though I requested it. There were never enough towels and linens so I had to go downstairs every night to get linens and there still wasn't enough. We had to change rooms because the cleanliness was awful . The night manager was extremely rude and locked me out of the gate to get back in property then ignored me as I was trying to talk to him. I was told when we checked out I would get a full refund but since then no refund. Resolution Sought I would like a refund as I'm on disability and my money is limited. And what was supposed to be a nice trip with my family resulted in a terrible stay and experience.

Company states: I spoke with this guest and found out that this occurred way before my time here. There was no documentation on record. I opted to give the guest a partial refund and she was happy with that.
