I hired Buenos Aires Flooring in October 2021 to install a new tile kitchen floor. I paid $1,000. In October 2022, 3 tiles came loose. Called Buenos Aires but got no answer. Finally, in January 2023, Beto, the installer was reached. He came by, looked at the tiles and said he would return the following week to fix it, however he did not return or even call. A week later I called again at 7 am and left a message. He returned my call hollering at me for calling that early, and I've not heard from him since. Resolution Sought I want the tiles fixed and if he won't do that I want a portion of my money returned.
