I want my complaint to become a matter of record, against them, so that other people won't have to endure what I did.

My complaint involves improper customer treatment, rather than cash concerns. A week and a half, ago, I visited this place to purchase a laptop for a relative. It was defective, and returned for a replacement. After returning home with that one, I learned that it was also defective (it's wireless button would not register in the OFF position). I went back there, to see if they could rectify the issue. Raven (the seller), grew angry with my return; accused me of having done something wrong, and told Kemi (his 'tech') to get another laptop - and that I couldn't come back, anymore. With that attitude, I didn't want anything else from there, and he did give me my monies, initially paid, back. Though the bulk of their wares are total junk, there ARE a few gems to be found, there. With the understanding of that, he should expect that a customer might return with a improperly functioning piece of equipment. But, it seems that he is fine with selling, but gets totally bent out of shape when something comes back in. When that laptop was brought back in, I even heard Kemi muttering to herself, how that unit was one that had given her trouble. ALL they had to do was move out of that dark behavior, and spent just a minute to see what was going on - and realize that it wasn't the customer's fault AT ALL.
