Poor Customer Service!!

Ordered online was told will be ready at 7:40pm. I walked in at 7:45pm. Told me wasn't ready to give them 5 to 10 extra minutes. I gave them 10 minutes before walking back up to see if the food was done. It 7:59pm and my food is done. This has happened before with Buffalo wild wings. Gave them another chance but this is ridiculous. To do better at customer service.
