My relationship with Bug house has been that they call me and schedule visits to perform their service. In September I sold my house and moved out in the 18th. They did not contact me and say they were coming out, but came to the empty house and performed their service on the outside, without permission. I have no signed service with them so they should not have come. They are now talking about taking me to collections because I am not paying for them to exterminate someone else's house. My account with them was paid in full when I moved and it should continue to be marked as such. Resolution Sought They need to remove this charge and stop harassing me about payment. I have called twice about this. I did not owe them anything when I moved out of this house.

Company states; I've looked up this account and do see as of 10/30/23 Mrs. Montaque has a $0.00 balance. It appears that we waived the balance after we found out she moved. Sorry fo the confusion. Please let me if I can help in any way.
