Home was burned in September, 24, 2023. We thought we had a solution, we chose servepro but they were booked out. We then chose what was unknown to us as the worst option possible, Building Solutions, LLC. They came in said it would be 3 weeks. As of today which is December 14, 2023 we are still not in our home. Attached will be pictures of the home after the collected money for "cleaning it". $19,000 dollars for this my friends. They had porta-potties (unused) sitting in the yard. Storage containers sitting in the yard. A few boxes there. Everything turned upside down and thrown all over the house. Pulled everything out of the closets and just piled it up all over the place. When I started asking questions they came in and quit. At that time they had already billed the insurance and been paid. However, the job was far from incomplete. Resolution Sought Refund.
