Company Response

To reiterate the conversation, Mr. Ramos, never made the final payment for the work completed . This work was completed back in 2016. ENGINGEERING & LAND SOLUTIONS, designed the deck and inspected it once it was completed. Mr. Ramos asked for time to make the final payment of which he has never done. Two years after the project was completed and still not paid for, Mr. Ramos reached out complaining that the pressure treated wood was warping. This is not an error on behalf of Bukowski Construction , but with the material chosen by the owner to build the decks. PT wood needs to be treated but can still warp regardless. Since the project was never paid in full, the permit was never closed out. W. Ramos needs to submit a payment to Bukowski Construction. I dont know how it "was built wrong" when it was built according to the plans provided and was inspected by the engineer who designed it.
