Purchased a gray bedroom suite on 6-28-22. It wasn't delivered until 7-5-22 it was the hb, fb, nite stand, chest, and dresser with mirror. Bedroom suite was delivered approximately between 8:00 pm and 8:30pm when the dresser was brunt in one of the delivery guy had his hand on the part were the paint was pulled off the dresser and i was standing behind him and when he moved his hand i said immediately the paint is off here and he tried to lie and say it was tape on the dresser and when he tried to scratch it off it wouldn't come off then he preceded to say that it was something the bosses son had did with the tape. The other delivery guy told me to sign a paper saying what all was wrong and i signed it and he will make sure they got it. So the next day i called the assistant and she told me to send pictures and the serial number and another number in the back of the dresser and a video of the dresser rocking back and forth like a seesaw and i did. I waited an hour or two and called back and asked the same assistant want the was going to do and she told me that i had to give her some time because it's a process and i had to give her some time and i asked how much time does it usually take and she said 30 days for someone to answer the phone and get back to her, but she promised they were going to fix the problem. She asked me what i wanted, i said i just want the dresser replaced, i want the suite cause the dresser wasn't like that when i bought it Resolution Sought I would like for the dresser to be replaced because it wasn't like that when I bought it. I don't have $2495.07 to just give away for anything scratched up I done right by them now they need to do right by me
