I was in the shop 72321 and bought a shotgun from them for $600. I've had problems shooting the gun so I take it back to show and talk to him about a refund or exchange. They take the gun onto the range shoot the gun while I was doing exactly like I said but when they fired slugs through it it welded the bolt open now. I was trying to get them to exchange or refund the money because online is said that there is a 30-day refund or exchange. so I was trying to get that figured out and they tell me that there is no refund or exchanges so I've showed them my phone that has it on it and somehow my search history gets deleted children that's a web page and I wait there for an hour as they are looking over trying to find if they can refund my money or not they cannot find any anything on their website that says yes or no. so I asked him how long is this going to take because I've already spent an hour there waiting and I've got my son with me remind you is 4 years old and the guy gets an attitude with me and tells me he's not going to help me at all on it but there is no signs or anything saying that there is no refunds no exchanges or anything to those lines in the building on the building or on the website and he refuses to help me but when I purchased the weapon there was some comments made by the head manager that was kind of terroristic and some kind of discrimination remarks I will go into that more in detail if you like me to later Resolution Sought My original intention here was to get a lot of refund or exchange the weapon I paid $600 for but the guy refuses to help and I do not know what to do now so if possible I'd just like to have my money back like today and I will never shop there again

Company states: There is no refund on firearms. There is nothing on our website stating we issue a refund on firearms. We were attempting to assist this customer with checking the firearm, and we couldn't find anything wrong with it. We continued to look over the gun to see if there was anything wrong with it, but there was nothing found. We can assist the customer with getting the gun to the manufacturer for their review and at that point it would be up to them to make the decision. They would repair or replace the gun assuming that it's a new firearm. If it's used, the manufacturer would charge fees for a repair.
